Contract for the Supply of Products or Services

The display of goods on the site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and TOPDEC unless, and until, an email is sent by TOPDEC to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made.

This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by TOPDEC of your offer to buy goods or services from TOPDEC and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.

 

TOPDEC are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

For Damaged & incorrect Orders:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Call either 07557773213 or brian@topdec.org.uk

Please leave wrong items in original packaging and await our instruction.

 

Faulty Goods:

All of our products will perform as directed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. However, we do not accept responsibility for application and conditions, as we cannot control the conditions under which products we supply are used or applied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds:

All goods will be refunded if they are returned to us unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging, within 7 working days of receiving your delivery. Customers must make their own arrangements for returning goods at their own cost.

Please ensure that items are properly packaged and insured against loss and damage before returning them to us. Also, please insert a copy of your invoice and a letter explaining that you would like a refund.

We cannot accept any responsibility for items that are lost, or damaged upon arrival at our premises.

Order Cancellation:

Customers should contact us immediately if they wish to cancel their order.

However, once goods have been despatched it may not be possible for us to stop them from being delivered. It therefore becomes the customer’s responsibility to return them to us undamaged.
